Led by Dr. Andrew Miller, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 37 years of experience, our practice brings deep expertise in both pediatric and adult orthopedic care. From complex congenital conditions to advanced sports injury treatment, Dr. Miller’s background includes training at MIT, Weill Cornell Medical College, NYU’s Hospital for Joint Diseases, and the Alfred I. Dupont Institute. He’s held leadership roles at Johns Hopkins, SUNY Downstate, and other top trauma centers, and is known for combining clinical excellence with a compassionate, “old-fashioned” patient care philosophy.
Working alongside him is Gennadiy Shamalov, P.A., a seasoned orthopedic physician assistant with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of St. John’s University, Mr. Shamalov began his career in emergency medicine before focusing exclusively on orthopedics. He trained under Dr. Miller early in his career and now plays an essential role in both clinical and surgical settings, providing expert care and trusted support to every patient he sees.
